A Fort Wayne man faces multiple felony charges as a result of an August 2013 crash that seriously injured two people.

Har Met, 31, of the 1900 block of Chartwell Drive, was formally charged Wednesday with operating while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury, operating a vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent causing serious bodily injury and two counts of criminal recklessness, all felonies, according to Allen Superior Court documents.
