A Tennessee man stopped on suspicion of driving under the influence claimed he planned to join the terrorist group Islamic State and would come back to kill the officer.

Marco Antonio Dominguez, 24, of Hendersonville, Tenn., faces multiple charges including DUI, assault, driving without a license and implied consent.
