McAllen police arrested 13th Court of Appeals Judge Nora Longoria at approximately 1:30 a.m. Saturday under suspicion of driving while intoxicated, authorities said.

Officers arrested Longoria as a result of a traffic stop near the 11000 block of North 23rd Street, McAllen Police Chief Victor Rodriguez said.
