Judge Gregory Mallon heard additional testimony Thursday in preliminary motions for a Lansdowne man accused of causing a fatal accident while driving under the influence.

Jonathan I. Vanderhorst, 45, of the 300 block of Windermere Avenue is facing charges of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, aggravated assault while DUI, DUI and recklessly endangering another person for the Jan. 12 crash that killed 18-year-old pedestrian Dante DeSimone and seriously injured another teen.
