Police arrested a 20-year-old Dedham man on drunk driving charges early Sunday morning after they noticed his vehicle when his passenger yelled obscenities at them while they were investigating a noise complaint

Police charged Anthony W. Alicea, who is listed as a University of Massachusetts student on the website, with operating under the influence, operating a motor vehicle to endanger -negligence, and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
