A Marlborough District Court Judge Friday held a Marlborough man charged with fourth-offense drunken driving held without bail pending trial.

Kevin M. Pettijohn, 54, was arrested just after 9 p.m. Thursday, police said, after they pulled behind his vehicle at Monti’s Mini Market on Framingham Road because he’d been driving without his headlights on.
