Blood test thrown out in DWI that killed Mass. man

A New Hampshire judge has rejected key blood-test evidence in the case against a Hampton woman facing trial on charges of driving drunk and killing a pedestrian.

 

Judge David Anderson, of Rockingham Superior Court, ruled that Hampton police should have obtained a search warrant before taking key blood samples from Denise Kooyoomjian after her arrest in October 2013.
