Harrington police say officers arrested a Bridgeville man for a 5th driving under the influence offense and other charges.

While on patrol on Tuesday, Sept. 23, officers say they stopped a vehicle on South DuPont Highway for a traffic violation. Officers say they then contacted the driver of the vehicle, 36-year-old Roy L. Warner Jr., of the 4500 Block of Dublin Hill Road in Bridgeville. While speaking to Warner, officers said they observed Warner’s eyes were bloodshot and officers say they smelled and odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle.
