The Casper, Wyo., Police Department arrested a man Friday on suspicion of DUI — the man’s seventh arrest for driving while impaired.

Officers encountered Matthew Adam Maxwell at CY Avenue and 12th Street about 11:30 p.m., according to an arrest affidavit. Maxwell was allegedly speeding and swerving in and out of his lane.
