Clark Co., Ind. judge forced to resign after alleged drunk driving incident

A judge in Clark County, Ind. is now being forced to resign after being arrested for an alleged drunk driving incident.

The Indiana Supreme Court issued a ruling on Friday that said Judge Mickey Weber must resign as Clarksville Town Court Judge by December 15.

Weber was arrested in January after an accident in Louisville where court documents said he told police he had “too many” beers.
