Convicted drunk driver cleared on Edmonton appeal

When Richard Tosczak left a downtown pub at 2:30 a.m. in October 2011, Edmonton city police Const. David Green was there, watching him get into his vehicle and head east along 104 Avenue.

Green pulled in behind the vehicle, watching for any signs of impairment. It didn’t take long before the car drifted over the lines into the eastbound curb, causing the officer to activate his lights.
