Convicted drunk driver to be released with unusual conditions

The Parole Board of Canada is attaching some unusual conditions to a Nova Scotia man who is about to be released from prison.

 

Archibald Daniel Stevens, 55, of Dartmouth, has served almost all of a four-year, eight-month sentence for drunk driving offences. He was convicted in 2011. It was his 14th conviction for such offences.
