An East Concord man with a previous DWI conviction was charged again Sunday after Orchard Park police say they had to chase him for mile because he refused to stop for their siren and flashing lights.

Police said they observed Robert Dmochowski, 51, driving recklessly on the northbound Route 219 Expressway near the Milestrip Road exits. They said he did not stop his vehicle for about a mile after police in pursuit activated the flashing lights and siren of their patrol car.
