A pickup truck hit the back of a stopped school bus near Kinder in Allen Parish, injuring two children on the bus and the bus driver, according to Louisiana State Police Troop D.

The driver of the pickup truck, 27-year-old Dustin Richard McGowen of Eunice, was arrested on multiple charges, including DWI third offense, police said.
