A man who parked his car on a frozen pond and fell asleep behind the wheel was charged by troopers with drunk driving.

State Police received reports of a car off Tamarac Road in the Town of Pittstown in Rensselaer County. Troopers found the vehicle parked on a frozen pond and saw 29-year-old Kyle Weed sleeping behind the wheel.
