A teenager who was driving an all-terrain vehicle without a helmet or insurance went home Sunday night without the vehicle itself.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary stopped the 18-year-old on an ATV in the west end of St. John’s around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday evening.
