A felony drunken driving case from almost 14 years ago is active again but raising an unusual issue because the arresting officer is now facing criminal charges himself.

Montgomery Detotehill, 62, of Brattleboro, is being held in the Springfield jail on $5,000 bail after being arrested in Windham County. During the arrest, a 14-year-old warrant for Detotehill in Bennington County was discovered.
