The Somerset County District Attorney’s office has been working around the clock after discovering a significant inaccuracy in DUI testing last week. While preparing for an upcoming DUI trial, prosecutors said they found that blood tests conducted at a hospital were not showing the proper results.

For the past couple of years Somerset County has led the state as the county with the highest average blood-alcohol concentration for people arrested on suspicion of DUI. 6 News has done several stories on the issue.
