Santa Fe County deputies say a 58-year-old woman arrested Thursday on her fourth count of DWI had run over a paraplegic woman’s foot the same day.

Deputies arrested Lynn Chapman of Santa Fe on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and DWI late Thursday night. According to the New Mexico Courts’ online record system, Chapman was convicted of a petty misdemeanor charge of DWI in 2004 and a misdemeanor charge in 2005. In 2002, she also was charged with DWI, but that count was dismissed as part of a plea deal.
