An Edmonton judge has been busted for drunk driving.

According to city police, Provincial Court Judge Paul Gordon Sully was charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level over .08 after being pulled over Thursday night at a Check Stop near Calgary Trail and 55 Avenue.

Police spokesman Scott Pattison said the Check Stop was part of an EPS Community Action Team (CAT) deployment out of the Southwest Division involving a Specialized Traffic Apprehension Team (STAT).
