A 20-year-old Elmira man was charged Saturday with a Leandra’s Law violation following a traffic stop on Corning Road in the Town of Horseheads, according to New State Police Horseheads barracks.

John D. Roof was charged with with aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, and Leandra’s Law driving while intoxicated.
