Fort Erie man faces aggravated DWI, other charges

A Fort Erie, Ont., man working at the Seneca Niagara Casino faces several charges, including two felonies, following his arrest early Friday by New York State Parks Police.

 

Patrick J. Martin, 44, was stopped for speeding about 1:40 a.m., police said, and posted a 0.219 blood-alcohol reading – more than twice the legal limit. Police also said he had been convicted of driving while intoxicated previously.
