A Frostproof man on court-ordered driving restrictions went to jail Wednesday after the prosecutor assigned to his DUI manslaughter case testified she caught him driving to a Winter Haven gym.

Assistant State Attorney Ashley Krieger said she was exercising at Gold’s Gym when she saw Heath Sterling Whiteaker drive away from the gym twice this month.
