Gilbert man wins Super Bowl DWI distinction for being drunkest driver

Authorities say a Gilbert man earned the distinction as the drunkest driver caught on Minnesota roadways on Super Bowl Sunday.

David Keith Besemann, 37, allegedly registered a 0.33 percent blood-alcohol content — more than four times the legal limit — when he was arrested just after noon Sunday in Virginia.
