A Glocester man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on charges of driving under the influence – his fifth DUI charge since 1998.

John Stanlewicz, 56, of 109 Saunders Brook Road, was arrested at his home at 4:40 p.m. after police received a 911 phone call from a motorist about an erratic vehicle. The caller followed the vehicle, operated by Stanlewicz, to his residence and waited for police to arrive.
