Three years ago, a Liverpool man was on his way to church when he was killed by a repeat drunk driver.

Now, a law named in Vince Russo’s memory has been created to keep repeat drunk drivers off the road.

Under Vince’s Law, the statute of limitations covering drunk driving offenses is increased from 10 to 15 years.
