A Harrisburg man is arrested after police say he was driving under the influence and had a 14 month old child in the back seat, not properly buckled and not in a child safety seat. West Shore Regional police pulled over a red 1997 Chevrolet Lumina sedan for a traffic violation around 10:30pm last night. The driver, William Thomas Ingram, was driving on a suspended license and had a warrant for his arrest out of Dauphin County.
Officers noticed Ingram and his female passenger showing signs of being under the influence of marijuana.
