A Trenton man was stopped two times for DWI in a matter of three hours.
Trooper Bryant Kirk in Jones County tells us he responded to a wreck Saturday night around 7 P.M. on Highway 58, just north of Trenton. He says when he arrived, a truck had gone left of center and hit a ditch.
The driver, was 47-year old Warren Fields of Chinquapin Chapel Road in Trenton. Trooper Kirk says Fields had a beer in the truck, and had a blood alcohol content of .16, twice the legal limit. He was charged with DWI, reckless driving and having an open container, and was signed out by his mother, Calponia Fields on an unsecured bond.
