ROCHESTER – A hunter was arrested Monday for drunk driving and on several violations of laws governing hunting.

Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Raymond J. Jackson, 44, of Colonie, N.Y., after responding to a report of shots fired in the area of Queens Highway in the Town of Rochester.
