Clarksville Town Court Judge Mickey Weber will resign from his post at the end of the year after admitting that alcohol impaired his judgment and he made an irresponsible decision before he was pulled over for driving under the influence in January.

“As an elected official, I should have known better,” said Weber, 32, who will resign from his post effective Dec. 31.
