Tis the season for drinking and driving. Former “Survivor” contender, Jessica “Sugar” Kiper was arrested for DWI. According to TMZ, Jessica was driving in New Orleans when she allegedly ran into the back of a parked vehicle located outside a Baton Rouge high school.

When the police arrived, they said that Jessica was clearly under the influence. While Jessica sat in the back of the police car, she pulled out a cell phone to snap a picture of herself. Apparently, she posted the picture and several comments on Instagram.
