Lawmakers are being urged to pass the “Annie’s Law” bill by a new coalition that intends to help keep drunk drivers off the road.

It includes the National Transportation Safety Board, Mothers Against Drunk Driving and Nationwide Insurance.

The law would require ignition interlocks on cars for first time OVI offenders.
