A 64-year-old man who faces charges he tried to bribe an Athens cop two years ago to fix a DUI case was arrested this week for a second DUI incident.

Julian Larry Anderson of Monroe was arrested Monday on warrants charging him in connection with a June motorcycle accident in which two bikers were injured. The warrants charged him with DUI and a headgear violation.
