A man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after he tried buying beer at a gas station on South Main Street in Canandaigua Saturday afternoon, according the
Canandaigua Police Department.
Kevin Darcy, 59, of Canandaigua attempted to buy beer at a gas station and then drove away, police said.
According to investigators, Darcy was stopped by police after he pulled in his driveway and was found to have a blood alcohol content of .32, which is four times the legal limit.
