Garrett Bruce, the Pasco County man facing for DUI manslaughter charges, failed to show up for another pre-trial hearing on Thursday morning.

 

Bruce, his wife Jennifer and their two sons, ages 5 and 7, have not been heard from for several weeks.

 

He’s facing up to 15 years in prison and is out on a $100,000 bond.
