Two houses on Walnut Street suffered extensive property damage after they were struck by a fast-moving vehicle over the weekend.

Connor J. Ennis, 21, 693 East Ave., was charged with driving while intoxicated, fourth-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, unsafe lane changing, unreasonable speeding and ignoring an emergency vehicle Saturday.
