Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Broome County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest, leading to several charges.

Around 1 a.m. Sunday, Deputy Stephen Blackman was on patrol in the area of Bevier Street. Blackman spotted a man he knew driving a car that the Binghamton Police Department was actively trying to locate.
