Denny Lovern has 16 alcohol-related driving convictions, most of which were in Colorado.

In November, the Arapahoe County grand jury indicted Lovern on a litany of new charges in connection with his most recent drunk-driving accident, where he reportedly admitted to police he “had a lot to drink and should not have been driving.”
