A Myrtle Beach Police officer is suspended without pay after being charged with driving under the influence in a crash where his vehicle flipped.

Ricky Norris, 29, of Loris, was charged with DUI and violating the open container law on Feb. 5, according to court records. He is the third area police officer to be arrested in two weeks – two Horry County Police officers were arrested earlier this month and in late January.
