Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley’s DUI trial in Alabama continues today, after he was able to use a variation of the “it’s not my weed defense,” in court yesterday.

According to Michael Dumas for the Detroit Free Press, Fairley’s then-girlfriend/now-fiancee said that the red solo cup of alcohol in the car was hers, and that Fairley only had one drink the night of the May 2012 arrest.
