Farmington police say a man was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated two days in a row.

Police say 29-year-old Shawn Smith of Farmington was arrested April 15 during a traffic stop of a minivan that lacked tail lights, failed to stop at a stop sign and drove in two lanes.
