Pleas in Baylor employees’ controversial DWI cases postponed

An error in court documents forced the postponement of a plea hearing Monday for two Baylor University employees whose drunken driving arrests spurred controversy over the selection of a special prosecutor.


The cases drew attention after a failed attempt in October by defense attorney Guy Cox to disqualify special prosecutor Brittany Lannen from her judicial appointment to handle the cases.
