Twinsburg Police confirm that former Bedford Law Director Kenneth A. Schuman was arrested and charged with allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol just before 3 a.m. Tuesday in Twinsburg.
He was also charged with driving in a weaving course and failure to maintain lanes of travel.
He was booked into the Solon City Jail just after 4 a.m. and released a few hours later on $500, bond.
