Police have taken a man into custody who they are investigating for possibly drunk driving with a child in the car.

Burnaby RCMP said they responded to a car colliding into a barrier at Production Way and Lougheed Highway at around 3:25 p.m. on Friday. Witnesses told them the driver was slumped over the steering wheel.
