A driver “traveling at a high rate of speed” in Pleasant Valley was arrested on her second DWI charge, state police said via news release.

Danielle Fernandes, 27, of Poughkeepsie, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, because of a previous DWI conviction in 2008.
