A Ramapo man with two prior drunken driving convictions was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a dispute in the village, Orangetown police said.

Douglas LaForge, 40, of 14 Suffern Road in Hillburn was also accused of possessing cocaine and marijuana, police said. He also lacked a license to drive, police said.
