Red Wing police: Wis. deputy asked to be let go after DWI arrest

A high-ranking officer with the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office was arrested by Red Wing police early Sunday after allegedly driving drunk.

In addition, Capt. Catherine Mary Trimboli, 41, showed her badge and asked to be released as “a professional courtesy,” officials said. Instead, she was taken to the Goodhue County Adult Detention Center and booked on charges of fourth-degree DWI and alcohol concentration of .08 or more within two hours.
