A Rehoboth Beach man has been arrested for a third DUI offense after Delaware State Police say he hit a police cruiser.

Police say 44-year-old Eric Biase was driving on U.S. Route 113 in Millsboro when he lost control of his car and hit a marked state police cruiser stopped at a traffic light.
