Repeat drunk-driver needs licence to make a living: Lawyer

A repeat drunk driver responsible for a crash that sent three people to hospital should be sentenced to three years in prison, a judge was told Monday,

 

Randolph Millinchuk, 57, was convicted after trial of driving over .08 and three counts of driving over .08 causing bodily harm.

 

Millinchuk has four prior convictions for drunk driving dating back to 1977.
