State Police in Brunswick arrested Franklin Lewis, 45, of Stillwater, for felony driving while intoxicated.

Lewis was observed on River Rd in the Town of Schaghticoke driving without a headlamp. When the trooper stopped his vehicle he observed an open alcohol container and detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Lewis’ breath. Lewis failed the field sobriety tests and was transported back to the Brunswick barracks where he tested at a .08% blood alcohol content.
